Terms of Service

GuzoShare is a technology platform that connects independent drivers offering empty seats and cargo space with passengers and senders travelling along the same intercity routes within Ethiopia. GuzoShare is not a transport carrier; drivers operate as independent providers.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Drivers must hold a valid Ethiopian driver's licence, vehicle registration, and applicable insurance.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Trip prices are set by drivers within ranges allowed by the platform. Passengers pay through the app; funds are held in escrow and released to the driver after the trip is completed. Service fees, taxes, and payout fees are shown before you confirm.

Free cancellation is available up to the cutoff shown on each booking. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 business days.

• No firearms, explosives, illegal drugs, hazardous chemicals, or live animals without prior approval.
• No harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behaviour.
• No use of the platform to facilitate illegal activity.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

GuzoShare provides the platform "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Ethiopian law, GuzoShare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any trip.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or community safety standards.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Addis Ababa.
